What You’ll Do:

  • Analyze digital marketing performance across social media, web, and CRM platforms.
  • Build dashboards and reports using tools like Fusedeck, Microsoft Clarity, and Sprout Social.
  • Conduct customer journey analysis, A/B testing, and campaign performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with marketing, IT, and global teams to ensure data quality and strategic alignment.
  • Provide insights to optimize user experience, targeting, and engagement.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years in marketing analytics or business analysis.
  • Proficiency in digital analytics tools (GA4, Clarity, Search Console, etc.).
  • Strong data visualization and communication skills.
  • Experience with campaign tracking, marketing funnels, and CRM platforms.

Nice to Have:

  • Background in healthcare, dental, or med-tech industries.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, SEO, and paid media strategies.
