The role requires a graduate in Customs Administration or SCM, a licensed customs broker, and hands-on experience in maritime logistics. You will ensure compliance with Philippine regulations, maintain records, and support peak operations.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Customs Administration / SCM or related field.
• Licensed customs broker essential.
• Experience in shipping line operations or customs brokerage.
• Familiarity with Philippine customs procedures.
• Proficient in logistics software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Monitor shipment arrivals and movements
• Process and manage shipping line endorsements for vessels and cargo documentation
• Coordinate with shipping lines, port authorities, and customs officials to facilitate endorsement approvals
• Coordinate and waive demurrage and detention charges
• Prepare, verify and submit endorsement documents to relevant maritime and customs authorities
• Maintain accurate records of all endorsement transactions and correspondence
• Monitor endorsement status and provide timely updates to internal teams and clients
• Resolve endorsement-related issues and discrepancies in compliance with maritime regulations
• Liaise with freight forwarders, agents, and other logistics partners regarding endorsement requirements
• Ensure all documentation adheres to shipping line policies and Philippine customs regulations
• Support the team during peak shipping seasons and high-volume operations
• Assist in preadvise of empty returns
