Job summary

AboitizPower Corp in Naga City, Cebu, is seeking a Marine and Structural Services Engineer. You will coordinate with MARINA, Classification Society, and PCG for surveys and inspections, while planing and executing maintenance of marine assets to ensure policy compliance and asset integrity.

You will collaborate with Maintenance teams to deliver results, grow professionally, and support sustainable energy transitions in a purpose-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in naval architecture, marine engineering, or mechanical engineering.
• Licensed naval architect or marine/mechanical engineer.
• 5+ years in marine industry, shipyard repairs/maintenance.
• 2–3 years leadership experience.
• 1 year drydocking/ship repairs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure MARINA and Classification Society documents are current and renew certificates as needed.
• Plan and carry out maintenance for hull structures, mooring/dolphins, and jetty facilities.
• Collaborate with O&M managers and plant supervisors on marine operations and work orders.
• Plan procurement for CM and PM activities to minimize downtime.
