• Collaborate with O&M Managers and Plant Supervisors on marine structural concerns and Work Orders.
• Maintain and update materials inventory records with SCM to monitor spare parts.
• Plan maintenance on work boats, rescue boats, spill booms and other marine equipment for seaworthiness.
• Compose incident reports and corrective/preventive actions for marine assets.
• Prepare daily maintenance priorities based on damage assessments.
• Generate Work Orders from Maximo and assign activities to Contractors.
• Record completed jobs in Maximo, including overdue and finished tasks.
• Assist in ensuring waste management compliance with DENR and other agencies.

The primary responsibility of the Marine and Structural Services Supervisor is collaboration with the Classification Society, Maritime Industry Authority (MARINA) and Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) in line with surveys and inspections of the plants and other marine assets to ensure compliance with the policies and rules of the said regulatory agencies. The position is also responsible in planning and carrying out the maintenance program of the structural, berthing facility and preservation of the marine assets in accordance with the Company policies and procedures and standards.

• Reports to the Maintenance Supervisor ensuring that the Maritime Industry Authority and Classification Society documents of the plants are up-to-date. Looks after the expiration dates of statutory and regulatory certificates and coordinates with the MARINA and Class on their renewal. This is to see to it that marine assets are statutory and regulatory compliant.
• Plans and carries out maintenance programs of the structural integrity of the plant’s hulls, mooring & breasting dolphins, and jetty facilities by conducting regular inspections to ensure structural integrity of the assets.
• Collaborates with O&M Managers and Plant Supervisors regarding marine structural concerns, issuance and execution of Work Orders, Preventive Maintenance System of marine equipment and records keeping of maintenance.
• Maintains and updates records of materials inventory in coordination with SCM department to ensure that spare parts inventory is properly monitored and controlled according to the protected needs of the plant.
• Plans and conducts maintenance on work boats, rescue boats, spill booms and other marine equipment in such a way that these mentioned assets are seaworthy. Administration of maintenance histories are kept in order as well.
• Composes incident reports, corrective and preventive actions on incidents involving marine assets by maintaining records orderly and readily available when required.
• Plans priority maintenance scheduled for the day according to the degree of damage documented
• Generates Work orders from Maximo and designates activities (marine & structural) to Contractors
• Reports and encodes completed jobs in Maximo to properly document jobs done (both overdue jobs and finished jobs)
• Assists the Maintenance Supervisor in ensuring that the waste management is working efficiently and in accordance with the rules and regulations set forward by DENR and other government agencies.
• Travels to other sites as necessary to conduct assistance on marine and structural projects, technical audit attendance in relation to marine matters and carrying out marine technical inspection for project planning.
• Performs the Company Quality Management System, Integrated Management System, Environmental, Safety and Health programs and 5S activity.
• Executes the proper implementation of PTW in accordance with the Safety policy.
