Qualifications

• Graduate of any five-year Engineering course.
• 7-8 years of relevant work experience in heavy equipment, marine service, machinery engines, or related industries.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Marine Service Team in delivering technical support and services aligned with company policies and business objectives.
• Drive service performance, sales targets, and customer satisfaction through effective leadership and process improvement.
