Job summary

Monark Equipment Corporation seeks a Service Manager (Marines) to lead our Marine Service Team and drive excellence in technical support, service delivery, and customer satisfaction. You will oversee operations, guide work orders, and implement initiatives to meet Marine Service goals.

The ideal candidate has an engineering degree and 7-8 years in heavy equipment or marine service, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any five-year Engineering course.
• 7-8 years of relevant work experience in heavy equipment, marine service, machinery engines, or related industries.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Marine Service Team in delivering technical support and services aligned with company policies and business objectives.
• Drive service performance, sales targets, and customer satisfaction through effective leadership and process improvement.
• Oversee service operations, provide technical guidance on work orders, and implement initiatives to achieve overall Marine Service goals.
