Qualifications

• Essential knowledge includes marine engineering systems, electrical and electronic equipment, automation and control systems, emergency procedures, and troubleshooting techniques.

Responsibilities

• Execute engine room watches safely and efficiently; perform maintenance on electrical and electronic equipment; update the Planned Maintenance System (PMS) as directed; maintain spare parts inventory under Chief Engineer guidance.
