Responsibilities:

  • Performs housekeeping to maintain an orderly workplace and always adheres to safety precautions and specifications.
  • Generate and deliver training courses as part of the DL competency development plan based on actual competency requirements and gaps.
  • Identifies training strategies to ensure effective implementation of competency development curriculum (e.g., alternative learning methodologies, total system perspective).
  • Implements a certification/re-certification and multi-skilling process for manufacturing operators, Technicians, Supervisors, and Engineers.
  • Manages training records of associates and devises a system to be always audit ready.
  • Involves in process analysis and improvement including documentation and execution of defined improvement/corrective actions.
  • Initiates or participates in organizational development undertakings.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of college education on any course. A college or technical degree holder is preferred.
  • With semiconductor assembly/test training experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of a specific manufacturing process and operation with familiarity with machine operation is required.
  • Flexible in all job functions as required and must have a sense of responsibility, aggressiveness, and initiative.
  • Can perform tasks with minimal supervision. Basic knowledge of MS Office is an advantage.
