The role focuses on 6S activities, process monitoring, data entry, and adherence to quality specifications to support reliable production. You will operate manual or semi-automatic equipment, perform SPC checks, maintain accurate logs, and ensure proper categorization of materials while wearing required protective gear.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task while paying careful attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform 6S activities pre and post shift.
• Operate DPG-HRDS, manual or semi-automatic.
• Monitor process visuals, SPC, sampling tests per specifications.
• Make computer transactions for station records (AX / e-logsheets / SPC / Qualis).
• Account for lot quantities and categorize rejected parts accurately.
• Decide based on existing specifications and criteria; perform other tasks as called for.
