Job summary

Asia Brewery Incorporated is seeking a dynamic Engineering graduate to supervise production in Laguna-Cabuyao. You will oversee daily targets, ensure quality per ISO/GMP, and lead process-improvement initiatives while managing staff and safety compliance.

Ideal candidates hold an engineering degree (licensed preferred), with strong MS Office skills and leadership, and are willing to travel or work overtime as needed. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree (B.S. in Engineering) and/or BS Customs Administration; licensed preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or equivalent data-analytic tools.
• High leadership potential with excellent verbal and written communication; strong problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel to different office locations or work overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Production Oversight: Manage daily production targets and monitor downtime to meet customer requirements.
• Process Improvement: Lead Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement projects to reduce waste and boost productivity.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks ensuring ISO/GMP compliance.
• People Management: Supervise production staff, coordinate shifts, and assist with training of new hires.
• Health & Safety: Enforce safety protocols and environmental policies in the workplace.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Prepare daily shift reports, analyze KPIs and track production costs.
• Strategic Planning: Participate in management meetings and contribute to long-term growth strategies.
• Project Management: Complete assigned projects impacting business performance and present findings to executives.
