Job summary

Versigent is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to lead manufacturing systems in alignment with quality, cost, and delivery targets. You will report to the Manufacturing Superintendent and ensure production programs are executed, while optimizing resources and maintaining safety.

You will drive continuous improvement, coordinate with plant and central teams, and manage cost-reduction projects, reflecting Versigent's commitment to innovation and operational excellence across its global operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related.
• English level: intermediate.
• +3 years of manufacturing experience.
• MS Office proficiency.
• Experience in Manufacturing Systems Administration.
• Experience managing complex supply chains, tooling suppliers, and manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that each client's specific production programs are carried out and adhered to.
• Execute strategies and activities that optimize the use of human, financial, material, and technical resources.
• Execute strategies that ensure compliance with the manufacturing quality system.
• Implement activities for the continuous improvement of the manufacturing system in their area.
• Coordinate with the plant and/or central functional areas regarding the services required by the manufacturing area.
• Promote a productive and safe work environment in their area.
• Develop cost reduction and continuous improvement projects.

As Manufacturing Manager on our team, you will: Responsible to the Manufacturing Superintendent for implementing manufacturing systems that ensure compliance with the quality, cost, and delivery objectives of their area.

• Professional experience managing complex supply chains, tooling suppliers, and manufacturing.
