Job summary

Philip Morris International is seeking a Maintenance Lead to drive maintenance strategy, improve equipment reliability, and minimize downtime in our manufacturing environment in the Philippines. You will lead preventive, predictive, and corrective activities and ensure availability of spare parts and documentation.

You will manage planning, scheduling, and breakdown elimination, develop standards, coach technicians, and uphold safety, quality, and maintenance standards while delivering cost

Qualifications

• Technical degree or vocational qualification.
• 3+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Experience troubleshooting industrial equipment.
• Strong planning, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities
