A manufacturing company in Quezon City is seeking an experienced Accounting professional. Responsibilities include preparing accounts payable vouchers, processing payroll, and monitoring expenses. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration and 3-5 years of relevant experience. Qualifications

• Minimum of three years experience in manufacturing setup.
• Minimum three to five years of working experience.

Responsabilités

• Prepares Accounts Payable Voucher.
• Checks and prepares voucher of replenishment of Revolving Fund.
• Monitor and prepare payment of all utilities and other extraordinary expenses.
• Monitor and record special project expenses and imported purchases.
• Monitor and coordinate cash advances of HR/Salesman/Delivery/Plant.
• Process Weekly Direct and Agency Payroll.
• Process Salesman Commission and its payment monthly.
• Checking and preparation of Sales Report monthly.
• Monitor and process Agency government remittances.
