We're looking for a Plant Finance Manager to join our team. You'll be a key partner to the plant leadership, responsible for managing all financial aspects of our manufacturing operations. This includes financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.

Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present timely and accurate financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements. You'll analyze variances and provide insights on plant performance.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and develop financial forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
  • Cost Management: Monitor and analyze product costs, including materials, labor, and overhead. You'll identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
  • Inventory Control: Oversee inventory valuation, cycle counts, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
  • Capital Expenditure: Evaluate and manage capital expenditure requests, ensuring alignment with budget and business goals.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a small finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You'll also work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, supply chain, and sales.
