Job summary

Yokowo Manufacturing of the Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor to lead ME Technicians, oversee maintenance activities, and drive continuous improvement on the production line.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least 2 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, with strong leadership, problem-solving, and inventory management skills; familiarity with 5S and safety standards is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least 2 years supervisory experience in manufacturing
• Experience in handling ME Technicians and production line support
• Knowledgeable in production line support, troubleshooting, process improvement, and preventive maintenance
• Knowledgeable in inventory management of machines, jigs, fixtures, tools, and equipment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills

Responsibilities

• Improve, evaluate, and monitor production lines while supervising ME Technicians and maintenance activities
• Support production operations including terminal, taping, QC, and QA processes while implementing improvements
• Monitor preventive maintenance schedules, troubleshooting activities, and corrective actions for machine-related quality concerns
• Manage inventory of machines, jigs, fixtures, tools and equipment; schedule line support
• Ensure compliance with 5S, safety regulations, and company policies
