Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline listed.
• 5+ years in electronics manufacturing.
• 2–3 years in engineering supervision.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily engineering activities to support production and resolve technical issues.
• Establish and implement engineering strategies, standards, and improvement plans.
• Collaborate with Production and Quality teams to troubleshoot process issues and defects.
• Oversee equipment maintenance coordination, preventive maintenance, and corrective actions.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, stability, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality management systems, and ISO/IPC/customer standards.
• Plan and monitor engineering projects, equipment upgrades, and process changes.
• Lead, coach, mentor, and evaluate engineering personnel.
• Collaborate with departments to achieve targets and address manufacturing concerns.
• Track engineering and manufacturing indicators like downtime, throughput, defects, maintenance, and costs.
