Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure section procedures, guidelines, work instructions, and workmanship standards are followed.
• Implement annual action plans and targets.
• Review check sheets monthly, including inspection/repair history.
• Monitor activities and projects to meet downtime targets.
• Implement and track preventive maintenance schedules.

Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in data analysis and reporting (Excel, ERP systems)

Education

Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering course
