Job summary

Neltex Development Co. Inc. is seeking a Cost Accountant to monitor and analyze standard costs, variances, and production costs. You will work with PPIC and Manufacturing to review BOMs, yields, and costing standards, provide variance explanations, support budgeting, and strengthen plant controls.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and have at least 1 year of experience. This role is based in Dasmariñas, Cavite, Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• At least 1 year of cost accounting experience.
• Knowledge of standard costing, BOMs and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze standard costs, variances, and production costs.
• Review BOMs, yields, and costing standards with PPIC and Manufacturing.
• Provide variance explanations to management.
• Support budgeting and strengthen plant controls.
