Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Quality Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in compliance, quality assurance, or quality control within manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and industry standards for manufacturing and paper production.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures aligned with industry regulations and company standards.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of manufacturing processes, equipment, and facilities to ensure adherence to quality and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and document compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations applicable to the paper manufacturing industry.
• Investigate compliance violations and non-conformances, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
• Maintain detailed compliance records and documentation, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of all regulatory matters.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and external auditors, responding to inquiries and participating in inspections.
• Prepare compliance reports for management, highlighting risks, trends, and recommendations for improvement.
• Support the continuous improvement of quality assurance and control processes within the manufacturing facility.
