The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field, 1–2 years of general accounting experience, proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software, and strong numerical accuracy and integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, or a related financial discipline
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in general accounting
• Manufacturing or corporate setting experience is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software
• Strong numerical aptitude, attention to detail, and high integrity

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and receivable, expense disbursements, and general ledger entries with high accuracy
• Conduct regular bank, supplier, and customer account reconciliations to ensure data integrity
• Prepare, review, and issue billing statements, invoices, and official receipts
• Maintain organized physical and digital financial records in compliance with company policies and local tax regulations
• Assist the finance team in preparing monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports, inventories, and external audits
