Qualifications

• At least 3 years of accounting experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Familiarity with Wave, QBO, Bill.com, NetSuite, ERPNext, Amex, or Divvy.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly bookkeeping and reconcile all bank and credit card accounts for assigned entities.
• Maintain company books and financial records in Wave and QuickBooks Online (QBO).
• Verify and enter vendor bills, use Bill.com for assigned activities, and process payments.
• Contact vendors to clarify billing questions and resolve discrepancies.
• Upload and verify Amex and Divvy receipts against related transactions.
• Reconcile accounts receivable aging and follow up on customer payments.
• Support payroll processing and journal entries from payroll reports.
• Support manufacturing workflows: sales orders, work orders, purchase orders, inventory tracking, assembly builds.
