The ideal candidate is fluent in Mandarin, proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a dynamic office environment. Fresh graduates with strong Mandarin skills are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• College graduate of any course.
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese with reading, writing, speaking, and typing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Computer literate with good attention to detail.
• Organized, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Fresh graduates with strong Mandarin skills are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Handle the alignment and assignment of employee code numbers for newly hired employees.
• Update and maintain new references for Request Forms.
• Update and verify the alignment and accuracy of Sales Agents’ KPI Reports.
• Assist with Mandarin translation for documents and internal communication.
• Perform other tasks and responsibilities assigned by management.
