Job summary

• Ability to translate technical and business content while preserving meaning, tone, and context.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills for multilingual stakeholders; detail-oriented and organized.
• Comfort working on-site in Taguig and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience with translation tools or glossaries is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Languages, Communication, Business, or related field; or equivalent experience.

Role Description

The Mandarin Translator is a full-time, on-site role based in Taguig. This role is responsible for translating written and verbal communications between Mandarin and English/Filipino, including emails, documents, reports, and real-time conversations. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing and editing translated materials for accuracy and clarity, maintaining glossaries and terminology databases, and collaborating with operations and management teams to enable smooth coordination with Mandarin-speaking partners and colleagues. The role may also involve supporting training sessions, presentations, and customer or vendor communications that require Mandarin language support.
