Job summary

J-K Network Services group. in the Philippines seeks a Mandarin-speaking Project Management Lead for remote delivery management, supporting a multinational consumer goods client.

You will lead packaging artwork projects, coordinate with Marketing, R&D, Sourcing and design agencies, and ensure timely, on-budget delivery while mentoring junior staff. Fluency in Mandarin and English is required; experience in CPG packaging is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, PM or related field.
• 10+ years in artwork management and packaging, within CPG/FMCG.
• 6+ years in a team leadership role.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English.
• Experience coordinating with Marketing, R&D, Sourcing and design agencies.
• Proficient with project tools: Asana, Trello, Monday.com or Jira.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support packaging artwork projects with client’s global design teams.
• Lead packaging artwork projects from start to finish in a CPG company.
• Ensure on-time, within-budget delivery and improve processes.
• Collaborate with Marketing, R&D, Sourcing, design agencies, and Operations.
• Prepare artwork project reports and provide updates to senior PMs.
• Identify risks early and implement solutions to stay on track.
• Manage feedback/revisions to reduce cycles and boost efficiency.
• Mentor associate artwork PMs and coordinators.

They are currently looking for Mandarin-speaking professionals to support their Mandarin team.

Salary: Php 90,000-Php 115,000

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

• Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese applicants who can speak, read, and write/type in both Mandarin and English.
• Open to foreign nationals who are proficient in both Mandarin and English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing artwork, printing, and digital asset creation projects from start to finish within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
• At least 10 years of experience in artwork management and packaging within the CPG or FMCG industries, including 6 years in a team leadership role.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while coordinating with Marketing, R&D, Sourcing, design agencies, and Operations teams.
• Experience using project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or Jira to track tasks, timelines, and project progress.
• Knowledge of artwork and design tools is an advantage. Hands-on design work is not required, but familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) is beneficial when working with creative teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:

• Work closely with the client’s global innovation and design teams to support packaging artwork projects.
• Lead and manage packaging artwork projects from start to finish within a Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) company.
• Ensure artwork projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards while finding ways to improve processes.
• Collaborate with different teams to ensure project activities align with business goals and operational needs.
• Monitor and prepare artwork project reports, providing updates on progress, challenges, and solutions to senior project managers and relevant teams.
• Identify potential risks, workflow issues, and delays early, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
• Manage feedback and revision cycles by gathering and organizing feedback to reduce repeated revisions and improve efficiency.
• Mentor and guide associate artwork project managers and project coordinators to help improve their skills and performance.
