Job summary

The candidate should have strong data-driven storytelling, stakeholder management, and experience with large-scale outsourcing. Travel to Europe, APAC, NA may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in customer service or operations with 5+ years in partner management/BPO.
• Proven ability to drive performance improvements with partners and regional ops.
• Experience deploying resources for crisis management and real-time decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own holistic performance of partner/services/language programs and ensure high-quality support.
• Enable and oversee an operational environment for partners and services.
• Set up partners/services to deliver exceptional support; align with company strategy.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Quality, Workforce Planning, Training.
• Present performance updates to leadership and own end-to-end initiatives.
