Job summary

J-K Netwok Services is seeking a Mandarin Project Assistant based in the Philippines. The role focuses on planning and executing marketing campaigns and virtual events, coordinating data across systems, and maintaining campaign records.

Strong Mandarin and English skills are required, along with a Marketing degree and 3–5 years in marketing communications. Experience in client account management and project management will be advantageous.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in Mandarin and English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• 3–5 years in marketing communications with event marketing focus.
• Knowledge of client account management and project management practices.
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (Marketo preferred).

Responsibilities

• Support Project Execution Leads in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns and events.
• Assist in campaign setup, project tracking, and ensuring smooth data flow across marketing systems.
• Coordinate demand generation activities, lead acquisition, lead uploads, and content publishing.
• Support the execution of virtual and onsite events, including registration and logistics.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports and stakeholder updates.
• Ensure marketing data accuracy and maintain campaign records and metadata.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing projects.
