Job summary

J-K Netwok Services, based in Taguig, seeks a Mandarin E-Commerce Head Officer to lead daily online store operations on Shopee/Lazada/TikTok Shop. You will strategize to grow sales and profitability while coordinating with marketing, logistics and product teams.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in e-commerce or digital commerce, a Bachelor's degree, and strong Mandarin proficiency to liaise with suppliers and partners.

Qualifications

• Mandarin reading, writing and speaking proficiency required.
• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 3–5 years in e-commerce or digital commerce roles.
• Experience managing Shopee/Lazada/TikTok Shop is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of online stores across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and others.
• Develop and implement strategies to boost online sales and market share.
• Plan and execute promotions, flash sales, and marketplace events.
• Monitor sales, campaigns, pricing, inventory and KPIs.
• Coordinate with marketing, logistics, warehouse and product teams for efficient operations.
• Manage online ad budgets and optimize product listings for visibility and conversion.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.

Schedule: Dayshift Schedule (Monday-Friday at 9AM-6PM)
Salary: Php 70,000-Php 100,000

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

• Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write in Mandarin (Basic to Proficient)
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, E-Commerce, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, online sales, FMCG, or digital commerce.
• Proven experience managing e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop is highly preferred.
• Background in consumer electronics, FMCG, or retail is an advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
