Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. seeks a seasoned Supply Chain Technology Manager to lead an o9-focused COE in Bengaluru, India. You will design, build, and deliver AI-led supply chain solutions, mentor a techno-functional team, and drive enterprise-scale programs with partners and business SMEs.

You will collaborate with architects and product managers to map requirements and implement best-fit technology across planning and optimization domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant technology field.
• 10+ years leading and implementing supply chain solutions.
• 5+ years hands-on experience implementing o9 technology solutions.
• Experience leading teams and managing large partners on enterprise projects.
• Experience in supply chain analytics, LP, forecasting, predictive modelling.
• Algorithmic design thinking and business process engineering.
• Strong skills in SQL, R, IBPL, Python, and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Build internal o9 COE practice in Levi's GCC India.
• Hire and mentor COE team members to fit the COE framework.
• Co-create delivery framework with the business for rapid o9 solutions.
• Deliver functional customizations to vendor products and whitespace solutions.
• Collaborate with enterprise and solutions architects on optimal solutions.
• Facilitate architecture reviews, design reviews, and solution modelling.
• Coordinate with delivery managers on sprint planning, estimates, deployment, and handoff to support.
• Gather precise requirements with product managers and business SMEs and define solution roadmaps.
• Manage COE team of techno-functional engineers to implement state-of-the-art supply chain solutions.

Summary of the Role:

We are looking for an experienced supply chain technology manager who has demonstrated capabilities building a specialized supply chain engineering team, preferably around o9 technology, designing, developing, and implementing software solutions to solve critical supply chain problems. You are a leader who manages partner relationships, delivers AI lead technology solutions allowing business capabilities, and will be part of the Global Supply Chain - technology organisation.

About the Role:

• Build internal o9 technology centre of excellence (COE) practice in Levi's GCC India
• Hire and mentor team members to fit the COE framework
• Co create delivery framework in collaboration with the business allowing rapid solutions on the o9 platform
• Deliver permitted functional customizations to vendor products and whitespace solutions where vendor capabilities don't exist
• Collaborate with enterprise architects, and solutions architects on best possible solution for a given business problem and implement the solution with right technology
• Facilitate architecture reviews, design reviews, functional configuration, solution modelling, documentation activities on projects
• Collaborate with delivery managers on sprint planning, build and testing estimations, deployment and operational handoff to the support team
• Collaborate with product managers and business SME to capture precise requirements and provide guidance on solution roadmap
• Manage COE team of techno functional engineers to implement state-of-the-art supply chain solutions

About You:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant technology field
• 10+ years of relevant experience leading and implementing supply chain solutions
• 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing o9 technology solutions
• Experience leading teams, and managing large partners on enterprise scale projects
• Experience in supply chain business analysis, LP, forecasting algorithms, predictive modelling, constrained/unconstrained solvers
• Algorithmic design thinking and business process engineering
• Relevancy with skills like SQL, R, IBPL, Python, advanced Excel, and apply technology in building applications
• Work with external vendor partners and global teams
• Experience with retail supply planning, demand planning, IBP, S&OP, S &OE, Inventory management and replenishment is good to have.
