Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead and support enterprise-level strategic initiatives,including planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess businessperformance, identify strategic opportunities, and implement solutions.
- Drive analysis of organizational challenges, synthesizeinsights, and recommend high-impact actions.
- Develop dashboards and tracking tools for strategic projectmonitoring and governance.
- Facilitate strategy workshops, executive-level discussions,and stakeholder engagement sessions.
- Support the VP of Corporate Strategy in aligning corporategoals with operational capabilities.
- Ensure sustainability principles and emerging trends areembedded in key initiatives.
- Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing, documentation, andpresentation of strategic findings.
- Act as a strategic advisor and change enabler, ensuringalignment and buy-in from diverse stakeholders.
- Lead stakeholder engagement and management acrossdepartments, acting as a key liaison for change management and initiativeimplementation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics,Finance, Public Policy, or a related field.
- Master’s degree (MBA, MPA, or equivalent) is an advantage.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in corporatestrategy, transformation, consulting, or financial planning roles
- Must have experience in digital transformation and systemmigration.
- Proven track record in leading strategy formulation,performance monitoring, and change management
- Strong background in sustainability, governance frameworks,and enterprise risk management is an advantage
- Experience working with executive leadership and presentingto senior stakeholders
