Overview

Rishworth is currently supporting our client, a leading LCC in Asia with their latest project supporting homecoming talent across several departments.

They are currently looking for a Reliability Engineering Manager who will be responsible for all related technical services & engineering functions listed in the responsibilities below.

This is a full-time position based in the headquarters with a lucrative joining bonus and mobility assistance for the incumbent and dependents.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provides leadership and direction to Reliability Engineers engineering systems functions by maximizing efficiency and minimizing work hours and errors.
  • Review and establishes rectification plans where reliability targets and KPIs are not being met due to an ongoing technical issue.
  • Manage the review and implementation of Preventive Maintenance and Service Bulletins that will improve technical dispatch reliability.
  • Manages the Root Cause Analysis of System failures and defects that have great impact in the operations. Coordinates with the respective OEM to establish a soft time program or modification plan to minimize flight disruptions and cancellations.
  • Manages the EDTO program on A330 Fleet, ensuring the fleet is compliant with the mandates of the NAA.
  • Provides liaison with other departments within the group to ensure proper coordination of support efforts and availability of required information.
  • Documents, reports and investigates relatable concerns or incidents in accordance with the group’s SMS policy.
  • Ensures skill set progression of all subordinates via training and coaching and their behavioural alignment to company's vision, mission, and core values.
Job Requirements
  • Degree in Aeronautical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum eight (8) years of relevant experience.
  • Must have leadership, organizational, communication, and project management skills.
  • Must be proficient in Airbus and ATR aircraft systems and components
  • Must have an excellent and working knowledge of current requirements related to Reliability Engineering.
