Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in M&A, Transaction Advisory, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Financial Due Diligence, or Valuation.
  • Strong hands-on experience in financial modelling and valuation.
  • Good understanding of M&A transaction processes and due diligence.
  • Experience with tax structuring and transaction structuring is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing client engagements and leading transaction workstreams.
  • Strong analytical and financial problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end M&A engagements, from strategy through due diligence, deal execution and closure.
  • Lead buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions including acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, and strategic investments.
  • Conduct and oversee financial due diligence, analyzing historical performance, working capital, cash flows, debt, and risks.
  • Develop and review detailed financial models to support transaction analysis and scenarios.
  • Perform valuation analyses using DCF, comparables, precedents and other approaches.
  • Support clients in evaluating deal structures, economics, synergies and risks.
  • Provide inputs on tax structuring and coordinate with tax advisors.
  • Manage transaction documentation, presentations and client deliverables.
  • Collaborate with legal, tax, financial and commercial advisors for smooth execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors and management teams.
  • Participate in client meetings, presentations, negotiations and deal discussions.
  • Identify business opportunities and contribute to proposals and pitches.
  • Manage multiple engagements simultaneously ensuring quality, timelines and client expectations.
  • Mentor and review work of analysts and associates; develop the team’s capabilities.
  • Stay updated on M&A trends, industry developments, regulatory changes and market dynamics.

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Manager Merger & Acquisition to lead and manage end-to-end M&A and transaction advisory engagements. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in M&A, transaction advisory, financial modelling, valuation, due diligence, and tax structuring, along with the ability to manage client relationships and mentor junior team members.

The role involves working closely with clients, investors, promoters, and other transaction stakeholders to deliver high-quality advisory solutions across the transaction lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • – Manage end-to-end M&A engagements, from transaction strategy and initial assessment through due diligence, deal execution, and closure.
  • – Lead and coordinate buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, and strategic investments.
