You Have:

  • Minimum 3 years proven work experience in a sales leadership role (or similar)
  • Consistent success in sales with a passion for customer experience and team results
  • Expertise in High Performance Selling methodologies
  • Results-driven, analytical, strategic, with operational insight
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills
  • Ability to develop and retain high potential employees
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-volume sales environments
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Highly organized with multitasking ability
  • Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce.com preferred
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively

You Will:
