The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of experience in business/operations management, strong leadership, analytical and communication skills, and a detail-oriented mindset. Hybrid working arrangements support flexibility in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Operations Management or equivalent.
• 5–7 years of experience in roles such as Business Analyst or Operations Manager.

THIS ROLE

As a Business Support Manager you will oversee the planning, coordination, and implementation of business management activities to ensure the smooth operation of an organization's business processes.

What You Will Do

• You’ll manage budgets and financial resources efficiently, ensuring proper cost control and optimal allocation of expenses.
• You’ll build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, delivering clear communication, regular updates, and effective issue resolution.
• You’ll drive process improvements and lead change management initiatives to enhance efficiency and minimize operational disruption.
• You’ll develop and execute business plans, strategies, and goals aligned with organizational objectives, collaborating with Finance, HR, and Operations teams.
• You’ll ensure quality and compliance by conducting audits, identifying improvement areas, and proactively managing risks to safeguard the organization.

Qualifications

• You hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration or Operations Management) with 5–7 years of experience in roles such as Business Analyst or Operations Manager.
