Job summary

Ericsson Noida is seeking a Manager – Service Architecture to lead the design and delivery of scalable automation architectures, frameworks and reusable designs. You will drive end-to-end automation initiatives, mentor a sizeable team, and ensure alignment with service-management objectives across multiple projects.

The role requires extensive leadership experience in telecom/IT service management, strong English communication, and a forward-thinking approach to automation practices and industry

Qualifications

Bachelor's or higher degree in engineering or related field; MBA may be advantageous.
10+ years in leadership with 12-15 team members, telecom/IT service management experience.
Strong knowledge of Automation Architecture, AI/ML, BPMS.
Solid understanding of MS Tools portfolio and enterprise tooling.

Responsibilities

Drive design and development of scalable automation architectures.
Develop frameworks to streamline repetitive tasks and orchestrate workflows.
Lead service delivery improvements through automated processes and high-velocity designs.
Coach and coachline managers, ensure billability, utilization and budget alignment.
