Job summary

TDF Jewellery seeks a proactive Merchandiser – Jewellery to manage vendor coordination, product sourcing, stock refilling, and sample development. The role requires collaboration with design, production, and sourcing partners to align collections with brand standards.

You will oversee sample lines, monitor inventory, and support new product development from concept through to final approval, ensuring timely delivery and quality control across all jewellery lines.

Qualifications

• Entry-level merchandising or related retail experience preferred.
• Knowledge of fashion/jewellery product cycles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle collection-wise purchasing by coordinating with vendors and sourcing products as per design and collection requirements
• Manage stock refills by monitoring inventory levels and ensuring replenishment of fast-moving items
• Work closely with design and production teams on new product development from concept to sampling to final approval
• Maintain and manage the sample line, ensuring samples are developed, tracked, and aligned with brand standards
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and production units to ensure quality control and timely delivery
• Maintain accurate records related to purchases, samples, and stock movement
