Job summary
Manoj Ornaments Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai is seeking enthusiastic Retail Sales Executives for our jewellery showroom. Freshers with a passion for sales and luxury products are welcome, and training will be provided to ensure a premium buying experience.
As part of the showroom team, you will greet customers, present gold, diamond, and gemstone pieces, explain design and purity, and coordinate with billing for smooth orders and after-sales support. A strong customer focus is essential.

- Showcase gold, diamond, and gemstone jewellery professionally
- Explain product details such as design, purity, weight, pricing, and craftsmanship
- Assist customers in selection and ensure a premium buying experience
- Maintain display counters, stock arrangement, and cleanliness
- Coordinate with billing and backend team for smooth order processing
- Handle basic customer queries, follow-ups, and after-sales support
- Ensure safety, care, and proper handling of jewellery pieces
- Achieve monthly sales targets and support showroom growth
