Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Education, IT, HR, Finance, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Departmental Rotations: Gain practical experience across core departments and understand their functions, processes, and objectives.
• Project Support: Assist in strategic initiatives, conduct research, analyze data, and prepare reports and presentations.
• Operational Improvement: Support daily operations, review workflows, and identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with different teams and stakeholders to support organizational goals and project implementation.
• Learning and Development: Participate in training sessions, coaching, and performance reviews to strengthen professional and leadership skills.
• Reporting and Documentation: Maintain training records, document key learnings, and provide progress updates and recommendations.
