Job Summary:

FAST (Financial Markets Apprenticeship and Strategic Training Program), is a comprehensive 6-month management training program designed for high-potential fresh graduates and early-career professionals. FAST offers a clear path for personal and professional development, equipping participants with the knowledge, skills, and experience to become future officers of the Bank. At the end of the 6-month management training program, the participants will be able to perform the entry-level officer functions in a specific area of Financial Markets Sector.
