Strong analytical aptitude with ability to interpret financial and business information.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships.
Demonstrated leadership, initiative, and achievement through academics or work.
Interest in commercial banking, credit analysis, and relationship management.
Learning agility, resilience, and drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

Participate in an accelerated management trainee program to prepare for Relationship Manager roles.
