Jollibee Group is seeking a Management Trainee to support daily store operations in the Philippines. You will ensure food safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and drive smooth operations while leading sales activities and engaging customers to meet targets.

You will also manage staffing needs including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance support, and handle store administration, reports, permits, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree; fresh graduates welcome.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Willing to work shifting schedules and long hours.
