Jollibee Group is seeking a Management Trainee to ensure food safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and smooth daily store operations. You will lead sales activities and customer engagement to meet targets, and manage staffing needs including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance support.

You will also handle store administration, reports, permits, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, supporting a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Willing to work shifting schedules and long hours.
