Supporting the hiring process by reviewing resumes and interviewing candidates
Creating employee schedules and managing time-off requests
Mentoring and coaching a team of employees
Assisting with the writing and delivery of performance reviews
Delegating tasks and projects to employees based on job title and tracking progress using key performance indicators (KPIs)
Participating in one-on-one, departmental or town hall meetings
Maintaining a log of or writing reports on tasks performed, knowledge gained and potential skills gaps
Attending classes and seminars as part of a training and development program
