Roles and Responsibilities

The Management Information Associate is responsible for monitoring inventories of units and parking slots handled by Marketing Groups. They also set-up data in PRISM.

• Data Collection and Analysis: Gather data from various departments or sources to compile comprehensive reports. Analyze business and operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Report Generation: Prepare reports for management on business performance, KPIs, and other key metrics. Ensure reports are accurate, timely, and meet the required standards for decision-making.
• Database Management: Maintain and update databases and data systems to ensure data accuracy and accessibility. Support the development and maintenance of data management tools.
• Collaboration with Other Departments: Work closely with other teams (such as finance, operations, marketing, etc.) to gather necessary data. Ensure smooth communication and understanding of reporting requirements across teams.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas where reporting and data collection processes can be improved for better efficiency and accuracy. Propose solutions to streamline data flow and reporting mechanisms.
• Assist in Decision Support: Provide insights and data-driven recommendations to assist in decision-making processes. Support the leadership team with analysis on potential business opportunities, challenges, or risks.
• Presentation of Findings: Present data analysis in a clear and concise manner, highlighting key insights for management. Assist in creating presentations for meetings, such as executive updates or strategy sessions.
• Compliance and Security: Ensure data privacy and confidentiality standards are maintained. Ensure all reports and data are in compliance with corporate policies and industry regulations.
