The Management Associate Program is a structured, 24‑monthleadership development program designed to identify and prepare high‑potentialearly‑career talents for future managerial and specialist roles within theorganization. The program provides exposure to core business functions through rotationalassignments . These rotations are intended to build broad organizationalunderstanding, strengthen analytical and decision‑making capabilities, anddevelop operational and leadership competencies.
The program follows a blended learning approach, integratingon‑the‑job experience, coaching and mentoring, and structured training.Development efforts align with organizational priorities and are supported bysenior leaders across the business.
II. Key Responsibilities
Management Associates may be assigned to functions such asProduct, Finance, Operations, Risk, Marketing, Technology, Data, or relatedbusiness units. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
A. Functional Contribution
- Supportthe planning, execution, and monitoring of business initiatives withinassigned rotations.
- Performdata analysis, financial modeling, market research, and performancereporting to inform business decisions.
- Contributeto process improvements, operational enhancements, and customer‑centricsolutions.
B. Project Execution
- Participatein cross‑functional projects, assisting in problem‑solving, requirementsgathering, documentation, and implementation.
- Coordinatewith internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
C. Risk, Compliance, and Controls
- Adhereto internal policies, regulatory requirements, and risk managementprotocols across all assignments.
- Supportbusiness units in monitoring risks, documenting compliance requirements,and aligning with operational standards.
D. Training, Learning, and Development
- Attendand complete program‑mandated training modules, workshops, brown‑bagsessions, and leader‑led discussions.
- Participatein coaching and mentoring sessions and apply feedback to improveperformance.
E. Program Milestones
- Completerotation assessments, progress evaluations, and capstone or end‑of‑rotationprojects as required.
- Prepareand present reports, analyses, or recommendations to assigned managersand/or leadership teams.
III. Qualifications
A. Educational Background
- Bachelor’sdegree in Management, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Business, DataAnalytics, or other quantitative or analytical fields.
- Academichonors, leadership roles, or involvement in student/professionalorganizations are advantageous.
B. Professional Experience
- Opento high‑potential fresh graduates.
- Applicantswith up to two (2) years of work experience in relevant fields areeligible.
- Experiencein startups, entrepreneurial activities, or project‑based work is a plus.
