Job summary

ING is seeking a Management Accounting & Reporting Expert to strengthen our global finance services. You will deliver accurate management reporting, drive process improvements, and support stakeholders across ING's international banking environment.

Based in Manila as part of Global Finance Services, you will create dashboards, perform controls, enable month-end reporting, and participate in automation initiatives with a proactive mindset and strong collaboration across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Understanding of accounting and reporting principles.
• Knowledge of banking products and processes is an advantage.

Role Summary

As part of Global Finance Services (GFS), you will contribute to the central processing and reporting of accounting activities across ING's global business. You will support management accounting and reporting activities, deliver high-quality reporting outputs, improve operational processes, and collaborate with stakeholders across functions and geographies. This role offers exposure to international finance operations and opportunities to contribute to reporting transformation and automation initiatives.

About the Team

Global Finance Services (GFS) is responsible for the central processing and reporting of accounting events related to Financial Markets, Treasury, Lending, and Payments Services across ING Bank globally. The team operates across Amsterdam and Manila, supporting a growing range of activities and business requirements. Working within GFS means collaborating with international stakeholders and contributing to a continuously evolving finance function.

What You'll Be Doing

• Create and maintain management reports and dashboards.
• Process management information through various management accounting systems.

What We're Looking For

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
• Master's degree in a relevant discipline.

• Exposure to tools such as VBA, Power Automate, Alteryx, Python, Power Query, UiPath, or similar technologies.
