Join our dynamic team as a Management Accountant at CRS Manpower Incorporated, based in the vibrant city of Lapu-Lapu, Cebu. In this full-time position, you will play a vital role in supporting the company's management decision-making process through comprehensive financial analysis and reporting.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheets, and cash flow statements

• Conduct variance analysis and identify trends, patterns, and potential issues to provide insights to management

• Participate in the budgeting and forecasting process, helping to develop accurate and insightful projections

• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of effective accounting systems and controls

• Support the management team in making informed business decisions by providing relevant financial information and recommendations

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and procedures

What we're looking for

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent professional qualification

• Minimum 1 year of experience in management accounting or a similar role

• Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting

• Strong understanding of accounting principles, standards, and compliance requirements

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Effective communication and presentation abilities

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
