Job Overview:

We are seeking a Licensed Mammography Technologist to perform high-quality diagnostic breast imaging while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and exceptional care standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clinical Imaging & Patient Care: Perform diagnostic mammography procedures under physician direction, clearly explain processes to patients, ensure proper positioning, and evaluate images for quality.

• Safety & Documentation: Practice strict radiation protection to minimize exposure for patients and staff; accurately document patient records and charting.

• Equipment Maintenance: Execute preventive maintenance, troubleshoot minor issues, maintain inventory, and coordinate equipment repairs.

• Hospital & Professional Standards: Comply with hospital policies and safety standards, pursue continuing education, and assist in other hospital areas when assigned.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Radiologic Technology.

• Licensure & Experience: Licensed Radiologic Technologist with at least 1 year of relevant experience in mammography.

• Skills: Knowledge of current mammography practices, computer literacy, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and organizational/multi-tasking ability.
