Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc. is seeking a Property Management Specialist focused on soft services to drive daily facilities management across our retail properties in Pasig.

You will lead soft service contractors covering housekeeping, pest control, landscaping, hygiene and waste management to deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain high cleanliness standards. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years in property management or mall operations focusing on soft services.
• BICS certification is preferred (not required).
• Solid project management, budget handling, leadership and analytical skills; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Contractor & Service Oversight: Direct third-party vendors for housekeeping, pest control, waste management, and landscaping with monthly KPI reviews.
• Site Quality & Standards: Daily walkthroughs of public and back-of-house areas to uphold high presentation standards and enforce cleaning benchmarks.
• Safety & Sustainability: Review permits, conduct health and safety audits, inductions, and collect data to support sustainability goals.
• Budget & Inventory Control: Manage soft service operations within budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, track consumables.
• Incident Management & Communication: Act as primary contact for incidents and emergencies, coordinating with corporate teams and mall managers.
