Job summary

You will handle general ledger entries, closings, AP/AR, payroll support, and audits coordination, in a fast-paced environment while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• CPA is an advantage but not required.
• 1–3 years in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and Philippine taxation awareness.
• Experience preparing financial statements and closing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial records, journals, and ledgers.
• Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Perform month-end and year-end closings.
• Reconcile bank and balance sheet accounts.
• Manage AP and AR; process supplier payments and collections.
• Assist payroll processing and related entries.
• Prepare BIR reports and tax filings.
