Job summary

RVA Group of Companies is hiring an Accounting Staff / Accounting Assistant to support day-to-day accounting operations in Makati City. The role focuses on accurate records, timely processing, and adherence to company policies during a mandatory training period.

Training will be provided to help you build your career in accounting. The ideal candidate is a graduate in Accountancy or Accounting Technology, with strong Excel and MS Office skills, and a detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or Accounting Technology or related field.
• CPA passer is a strong advantage.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship or traineeship welcome.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assist in financial statements, reports, and audit documentation.
• Monitor and log accounting records, transactions, and documentation.
• Process invoices, vouchers, receipts, and routine accounting transactions.
• Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable monitoring.
• Perform bank reconciliations and data entry tasks.
• Coordinate with government compliance when necessary.
